GreenerClean arranges home cleaning, home help and pest control in Hong Kong. Booking through the app creates a request for service; it is a booking with us, not a marketplace listing.
The price shown while you book is an estimate calculated from what you tell us — the service, the size of your home, and the options you pick. A member of our team reviews every booking and confirms the final price before any payment is taken. You are never charged the estimate.
Payment only becomes available after that confirmation. Until then the app shows the booking as awaiting confirmation.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment is due by the deadline shown on the confirmed booking. A booking already paid keeps the price it was quoted even if our prices change afterwards.
To be completed — this section needs a decision from the business and legal review. It must state how much notice is required, whether a fee applies, and how refunds are issued.
If a customer is not satisfied with the service, we will redo it once free of charge. Tell us within a reasonable time of the visit.
Pest control involves the application of pesticides and is carried out by appropriately registered operators. Follow any instructions the technician gives about ventilation, and about keeping children and pets away from treated areas.
The regulatory position needs legal confirmation before submission.
You need an account to book. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes and what is retained.
You are responsible for making sure someone can let the technician in at the agreed time, and for telling us anything about the property they need to know to work safely.

GreenerClean 為香港客戶安排家居清潔、家務助理及滅蟲服務。透過應用程式預約即建立服務請求， 屬與我們訂立的預約，並非平台上的第三方掛單。
預約過程中顯示的價格為估算，按你所提供的資料計算 — 服務項目、居所面積及你所選的選項。 我們的團隊會審視每一張預約，並在收取任何款項前確認最終價格。你不會按估算價被收費。
付款功能只會在確認之後開放。在此之前，應用程式會顯示該預約正在等待確認。
信用卡付款由 Stripe 處理。款項須於已確認預約所示的期限前繳付。已付款的預約會保留當時的報價， 即使其後價格有所調整亦然。
待補充 — 此節需由業務方決定並經法律審閱。內容須列明所需的取消通知期、是否收取費用， 以及退款方式。
如客戶對服務未感滿意，我們會免費重做一次。請於服務後合理時間內告知我們。
滅蟲服務涉及使用除害劑，由具備相關註冊資格的人員執行。請依照技術員就通風， 以及兒童及寵物須遠離已處理範圍所作的指示。
相關法規責任須於提交前經法律確認。
預約須先建立帳戶，請妥善保管你的登入方式。你可隨時在應用程式內刪除帳戶 — 關於刪除的具體範圍及保留內容，請參閱私隱政策。
你須確保在約定時間有人可讓技術員進入，並須告知我們任何影響安全施工的居所狀況。
