What we collect

• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Your bookings. The service, date, time, home size, your contact name and phone number, and the address the work is to be done at.
• Photos you choose to upload. Only if you add them to a booking, so the technician knows what they are coming to.
• Payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's own form and never reach us or our servers. We store only whether a booking was paid and Stripe's reference for it.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics trackers.
• No location tracking. We ask which district you are in; we do not read your device's position.
• No card numbers, ever.

Why we hold it

To arrange and carry out the service you booked, to contact you about it, to take payment, and to keep the accounting and service records a business is required to keep.

Who else sees it

• The technician assigned to your booking, so far as they need it to attend.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Google, for sign-in.
• Render, which hosts the application and its database.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the app: open the Me tab, tap your profile, then Delete account.

That removes your profile, your sign-in and any photos you uploaded, immediately and permanently.

Bookings you have already made are kept, no longer linked to an account, because we are required to retain records of work carried out and paid for. Those records still contain the name, phone number and address the job was booked against.

How long we keep things

Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by Hong Kong accounting and tax rules. Photos are deleted with the account.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.

我們收集什麼

• 你的帳戶：以 Google 登入時，我們會收到你的姓名、電郵地址及頭像。我們不會收到你的 Google 密碼。
• 你的預約：服務項目、日期時間、居所面積、聯絡姓名及電話，以及上門地址。
• 你自行上載的相片：只有在你為預約加入相片時才會收集，用於讓技術員了解現場情況。
• 付款：信用卡付款由 Stripe 處理。卡號直接輸入 Stripe 的表格，不會經過我們，也不會存放在我們的伺服器。我們只保存該預約是否已付款，以及 Stripe 的交易參考編號。

我們不會收集的

• 沒有廣告或分析追蹤工具。
• 沒有位置追蹤。我們只詢問你所在的地區，不會讀取裝置位置。
• 任何情況下都不會收集卡號。

用途

用於安排及執行你預約的服務、就服務與你聯絡、收取款項，以及保存業務上必須保留的帳目與服務紀錄。

誰會接觸到

• 負責你該次預約的技術員，僅限其上門所需的範圍。
• Stripe：處理付款。
• Google：處理登入。
• Render：託管本應用程式及其資料庫。

我們不會出售你的資料，亦不會為廣告用途分享。

刪除帳戶

你可以在應用程式內自行刪除帳戶：開啟「我的」分頁，點選個人檔案，然後選擇「刪除帳戶」。

此操作會即時且永久移除你的個人資料、登入方式，以及你上載的所有相片。

已建立的預約會保留，但不再與任何帳戶關聯，因為我們須保存已完成及已付款服務的紀錄。該等紀錄仍載有當時預約所用的姓名、電話及地址。

保存期限

預約及付款紀錄會按香港帳目及稅務規定所要求的期限保存。相片會隨帳戶一併刪除。

你的權利

根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你可查詢我們持有關於你的資料、要求更正，以及要求刪除。請以下列方式與我們聯絡。
